As a third generation realtor, I grew up with real estate all around me. Although Edmonds is my hometown, I met my fiancé Jessica at Washington State University and she convinced me to explore the South Sound. In 2014 we moved to Gig Harbor, bought a duplex and fixed it up ourselves. Renting out the other side helps offset our mortgage and increases our savings rate. Seeing what real estate has done in my own life continues to inspire a passion for the different ways real estate can help anyone reach their goals. A few of my goals for 2018 are running a marathon, learning to sail and teaching my puppy Harper to catch a treat.
“Ian is a very likable person, very cordial and understanding of my needs and wishes as well as my fiancé. You’re lucky to have such a person working for you.”John Barbour
